Positive: Loved how the apartment was liad out, every mod con there.. Coffee machine, pots, pans, Induction hob that doesn't take too long to learn how to use..TV, Netflix, lovely patio, Everything is so secure, How the owner sends you everything you need to know before you arrive..he sends you a video of how to get into the complex, where the pool is, How to get to the property from the pool, the code for the key box, WiFi and password and Yunay is always on hand to answer any questions..it's located hard way down the hill on Calle Doctor Agustin, not too far from shops, restaurants, pharmacies, Aldi, the playa is only 10 min drive,

Negative: How the rooms were upstairs bathroom was downstairs..First World problems I know..The tap water isn't great to drink or boil for tea or coffee so buy a big 5Ltr btl of water in Aldi. There are obviously a lot of other people in the complex who live there permanently with all hoses and apartments so close together in different lane ways.. dogs barking are a bit of a disturbance but that's the same as any neighbourhood..The parking spaces are very tight so wad glad we had out fiat 500c but even that was too big to squeeze in safely without much stress..anyway that's not really an issue, just the way it is..no fault of the owner Yunay..
