This villa is equipped with a kitchen with all kinds of appliances needed for a pleasant stay such as oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, and other utensils you may need. It also has a laundry room with washing machine and dryer. The house is equipped with air conditioning and also gives access to a wonderful private tennis court. Guests who book this holiday accommodation will have access to several lounges, indoor and outdoor dining areas, a barbecue and a wonderful private heated swimming pool (with a supplement) surrounded by sunbathing chairs. The villa is only 8 minutes by car from the beaches of the area and only 15 minutes from the famous Las Canteras beach in the capital of Gran Canaria.
