There is a very spacious living and dining area with comfortable lounge / sitting corner, a fully equipped kitchen with high quality electro-domestics, the villa has also 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (1 with shower and 1 with bathtub). All 3 bedrooms feature air conditioning (warm/cold - 12 hours/day). Next to the living area, there is a spacious terrace with comfortable lounge furniture, the ideal spot to chill out and enjoy the fabulous views. From the living room, a staircase leads down to the pool area, with sun loungers and a large umbrella. The size of the private pool is 7 x 4.5 meters and it has roman steps. The pool area is surrounded by green plants and colourful flowers of the mediterranean and next to the pool is the brick built barbecue to enjoy unforgettable grill evenings.
