Casa Diana is an historic spacious one bedroom 1 bathroom eco cottage nestling in the stunning countryside, situated mid way between the whitewashed towns of Vejer de la Frontera and Medina Sidonia, both under 15 km away. More locally are the small villages of Los Naveros and Cantarranas for authentic charm.
The cottage consists of a large living area with fully fitted kitchen with fridge, gas cooker and all the utensils you will need. The lounge area has double doors with direct access to the rear patio and pool. There is also a wood burner for cooler months . The bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink and is very spacious The pretty bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe and patio doors to the extensive front terrace. The property sleeps 2 adults only.
The house also has a large exclusive private roof terrace with sunbeds and stunning views to Vejer, the coast and further afield to Morocco on a clear day. Free WiFi is provided in the house and gardens, along with secure parking at the front of the property.
The property is one of three homes on the plot sharing a 7 x 3.5 metre pool. The property is sustainable with solar energy and water from a local well or brought in by truck, bottled gas is used for cooking and heating the water. We will provide 5 litres of water for drinking or cooking.
The views to Vejer and the surrounding countryside are stunning and this along with nature walks, bird watching and tranquillity make this the perfect get away. Local beaches like El Palmar with pristine sands are 25 km away from the property with many other gorgeous unspoilt beaches like Valdevaqueros near Tarifa also close by.
The property is well located to visit Cadiz city, Jerez and Seville . Further afield are Córdoba, Granada and Gibraltar. If peace tranquility and nature are your vision, this is the place for you.
A car is required for this location, the house is 2km off the main A396 road, along a gravel country road.
