The friendly owners, live in a separate property on the estate and are happy to help if required. Dogs and cats also live on the property.

The town of the same name, as well as the harbour town of Cala Ratjada and the tranquil village of Capdepera can be reached in 3 minutes by car. There you can shop for your daily needs, go for a walk and enjoy the local cafés. The fine sandy beach on the west side of Cala Agulla is completely framed by a pine forest that has spread over an area of dunes. The area has been declared a "nature reserve of special value".
