The community has two private saltwater pools located at two different levels from the street. One of them is interior, located in the center of the complex, while the other is open to the sea and the maritime avenue.

It is one of the main leisure areas. On one side of the avenue, small beaches in Callao stretch along the entire coast (you just have to cross the street to soak in the waters of the Atlantic Ocean). The other side of the avenue is full of bars, cafes, ice cream parlors, cocktail bars, restaurants and terraces of all kinds.
When evening falls, the Avenida Marítima is filled with people strolling enjoying the leisure atmosphere and the magnificent temperatures that Candelaria enjoys all year round. It should be noted that it is a fantastic route for walking and even for jogging, enjoying the smell of the sea and the sea breeze.
