Travel Purpose: business

Positive: Colorado, the local contact, was friendly and easy to communicate with. The view is breathtaking - you can see El Teide from the Kitchen window and the ocean from the balcony. Doesn't get much better than this. Easy enough to find parking space. Quiet area.

Negative: The pictures are accurate and just a little optimistic, ignoring unflattering angles. While the sound of the ocean is soothing, the wind creates various noises throughout the apartment. Unfortunately, the doors and windows aren't properly sealed, causing them to squeak constantly. If you're a light sleeper, it's likely you'll struggle to get a full night's rest. The apartment itself is far from clean. Everything feels a bit sticky, worn out, and overall quite aged. I requested a business invoice on the same day I made the booking, but the host kept delaying the request, even though the payment had been made weeks prior to our arrival. On the final day, they informed me they were unable to issue an invoice. This experience was very disappointing, and had I known in advance, I would have canceled my stay.

Summary: I would not recommend this place.
