This 6 Bedroom , 5 Bathroom home is set in fantastic half acre (2000m2) gardens offering space and privacy for the guests, yet situated a short 15min walk (just over 1 mile / under 2 km) from Javea Beach (Arenal) it's shops & restaurants. The villa is decorated and furnished in a contemporary style throughout, with the highest standard of amenities and appliances.

The layout itself gives a nice flow to the property, with many windows and doors to give a bright, airy feel. The Villa comfortably sleeps 12 people in Beds. Apartment 2 is fully Open Plan, this includes the Sofa Bed being open plan with the King Size bedroom Area.

Large lounge, Dining Room, 4 bedrooms (2 en-suite) with 3rd family bathroom. Fully equipped kitchen with all facilities.
Downstairs:
2 Individual Apartments both with double bedroom and en-suite bathroom. Each having their own studio style kitchen and with a sofa in the lounge area
All rooms have hot and cold air conditioning and central heating throughout. Most bedrooms also have ceiling fans to keep cool.
