Positive: This villa sits on quiet road it was very peaceful. ( no music or traffic noise). It has a very well equipped kitchen, including a large cabinet fridge/freezer, dishwasher, double sink, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, and lots of pots,pans and cutlery ect. There is also a utility room with a washing machine and dryer. It has an excellent large deep pool situated in a totally secure, private garden. There is a gas barbecue and a shaded patio area with a large table for outdoor dining. The lounge is huge. Our party of 6 adults and 3 children only used the 3 largest bedrooms and had no problems at all. There is air-conditioning in the lounge but if we left the all the doors open it managed to keep the bedrooms fairly comfortable too. Importantly there is a big supermarket within walking distance just down the road. The staff at the office in Begur all speak English and are really helpful, especially Marie who always answered my emails promptly. It was perfect for our family reunion and we all enjoyed our stay here.

Negative: The location is a hilly 25 minute walk to the nearest town of Begur so a car really is nessessary even if it's just to take your rubbish to the recycling bins. Apparently there are daily bin collections but we never saw any. They also want the keys returned to the office in Begur on check out (some kind of key safe would have been much more convenient). Some might say the villa is sparsely decorated but with 3 children this suited us very well.
