Located on the very popular and well-kept complex Victoria Court II, no hills to climb just a few steps up to the bright, airy and spacious apartment with beautiful sea view and sunny south facing balcony. The bedroom which has pool and mountain views has twin beds with floor to ceiling fitted wardrobes with a built in safe which is free of charge to use, plenty of drawer space with a large chest of drawers with overhead mirror, 2 bedside cabinets both with drawers, bedside lamps and a ceiling fan. The hallway also has a floor to ceiling mirror. Bathroom has sink with overhead illuminated mirror, vanity unit, toilet and large walk in double shower, and hairdryer. Open plan lounge has a sofa, coffee table and side tables, flat screen tv with english channels and south facing sunny balcony with table, 4 chairs ,2 adjustable sunloungers with cushions, clothes dryer and retractable sun blind. There is also a beach parasol for your use. American style fully fitted kitchen, with fridge freezer, washing machine, oven, 3ring ceramic hob, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, iron and ironing board, and even a shopping trolley. All cutlery, cooking utensils, linen and bath and hand towels also provided. Extra large pool towels can also be provided at an additional cost of £5each for your stay. There are beautiful landscaped gardens with sub tropical plants on the walkways and around a very large shared heated pool with plenty of sun beds and parasols. Sun beds at the pool are charged at £2 per day. There is also a separate children's pool. We also provide a large selection of books and are happy to provide a welcome pack at an additional charge, although we do provide complimentary tea, coffee, milk and water on your arrival plus a bottle of sangria to start off your holiday. We can also organise any special requests if you are celebrating a special occasion. High speed fibre optic wifi is also available in the apartment free of charge and golf clubs are available to hire.
